(sliding scale rates available):

-First (Intake) Session: $220

-53 to 60 minute Sessions: $200

-45 to 50 minutes Sessions: $180

PAYMENT METHODS

After your appointment is scheduled, you will be asked to securely enter your preferred credit or debit card into your Client Portal via SimplePractice, the electronic health record (EHR) system used for all telehealth/virtual sessions.

RATES

Results are available in 14 business days (unless stated otherwise below). If you need results in less than 14 business days, please see rush fees below.

Intelligence (IQ) testing: $400 

(results available within 7 business days):

The report includes scores and an explanation of what each task measures. However, if interested in a more in-depth discussion about the results, a 30-minute follow-up phone call can be scheduled for an additional $130. 

Comprehensive Assessment: $2,000

Includes diagnostic interview, feedback session, intelligence/cognitive functioning (more in-depth compared to the brief measure of intelligence), brief academic testing (math, reading, spelling), and personality & emotional functioning. Depending on the referral question, the assessment may include executive functioning measures and behavioral assessments (completed by spouses/parents). A written report detailing all testing and findings, along with recommendations for moving forward, will be provided.

ADHD Assessments:

Option 1: $700

This online process involves a diagnostic interview, anxiety and depression screeners, ADHD rating scales (self-report and collateral forms with permission), and a feedback session. A concise report (3-4 pages) with a formal ADHD diagnosis (if applicable) and treatment recommendations will be provided. This option is ideal if a diagnosis of ADHD is only required without a detailed report.

Option 2: $1,100

This option includes all the features of option 1, plus a comprehensive report that encompasses all the test data, charts, and detailed interpretations.

Option 3: $1,700

This option includes all of option 1, plus a brief assessment of intelligence and personality/emotional functioning. A comprehensive written report detailing testing, findings, and recommendations will be provided. 

RUSH FEES 

(requests for assessment results less than 14 business days):
- 8-9 business days: $500
- 6-7 business days: $1,000
- 4-5 business days: $1,500

The out-of-pocket costs for psychological testing can be managed through two payment options:

Option 1: Full Payment 

-Price quoted is paid in full at the completion of the intake forms 

Option 2: Split Payments

-$300 nonrefundable deposit (applied towards the total cost)

-$400 due by 10:00am CT on the day of the scheduled interview

-Remaining amount due on the day of the evaluation
